DrySense AI provides a free AI-powered damp and mould assessment service for properties in London. By using our service you agree to these terms.

DrySense AI provides informational assessments based on the information you provide. Our assessments are:

• Generated by artificial intelligence and are not a substitute for a professional damp survey
• Based solely on the information and photos you provide
• For guidance purposes only

We accept no liability for any decisions made based on a DrySense assessment. If you require a formal survey for legal, insurance or property transaction purposes you should engage a qualified damp surveyor.

When you choose to connect with a specialist, DrySense AI passes your contact details to an independent local specialist. These specialists are not employed by DrySense AI. DrySense AI does not guarantee the quality, availability or pricing of any specialist's work. Any contract for work is between you and the specialist directly.

Your use of DrySense AI is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the service you acknowledge that your assessment data may be used in anonymised, aggregated form for research and commercial analytics as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the service for automated scraping or data harvesting
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the service
• Use the service if you are under 18 years of age

DrySense AI owns all rights to the platform, assessment methodology, brand and content. You may not reproduce or commercialise any part of the service without written permission.

We aim to keep DrySense AI available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
